How long will it take to get a quote?

Over 95% of our estimates are completed on-site or the same day. We believe you deserve fast, clear information, so we walk you through the scope, answer any questions, and send a detailed written quote as quickly as possible. No waiting days. No guessing. Just clean, transparent pricing upfront.

How will you communicate with us during the project?

You’ll always know what’s happening. We send updates when we’re on the way, when we arrive, and at the end of each day with a brief progress summary. We want you to feel informed, comfortable, and never left guessing.

Do I need to move my furniture or prepare the space?

Light furniture moving is included, and we carefully protect your floors and belongings. We just ask that small personal items, breakables, and wall décor are removed beforehand. If you need help with larger items, just let us know, we’re happy to assist.

What type of paint do you use?

We primarily use Sherwin-Williams premium products, chosen for durability, smooth coverage, and great color performance. If you have a brand preference or need recommendations for high-traffic areas, kids’ rooms, or moisture-prone spaces, we’ll guide you to the best choice.

Will there be strong odors or fumes?

We use low-odor, low-VOC paints on nearly all projects. Most customers are pleasantly surprised by how mild the smell is. Proper ventilation helps, and your space is safe to be in shortly after painting.

Do you offer color consultations?

Yes! We’re happy to help you explore color ideas, match existing tones, or guide you toward modern palettes. You can also use our digital color visualization tools to preview options before committing.

Do you handle surface repairs before painting?

Absolutely. We take care of patching, caulking, sanding, and repairing minor drywall damage before we paint. If something more extensive is needed, we’ll discuss it upfront so you know the scope.

Do I need to be home while you paint?

To secure your spot on our schedule, we collect a small deposit. Some larger projects include a progress payment halfway through. The final balance isn’t due until the job is fully complete and you’ve approved everything during the final walkthrough.

How does payment work?

Not necessarily. Many customers provide access and go about their day, or even on vacation. We pride ourselves on being respectful, trustworthy, and communicative. Whether you’re home or away, we treat your space like our own.

Yes. We carry full liability insurance to protect your home, your property, and our team. You can feel confident knowing your project is in safe, professional hands.

Are you insured?

Yes. All Parachute Painting projects come with a 1–3 year workmanship warranty, depending on the scope. If anything needs attention after we’re finished, simply reach out, we stand behind our work and are always here to help.
